Careers
Accessibility Engineer is a small, practical team. When we hire, we look for people who can investigate carefully, communicate clearly, and care about how real people experience the interfaces we build and test.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing accessibility testing and remediation properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with clients. You will explain what you found to site owners, designers, and developers. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Delivering findings and fixes when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the client's work. Treat their code, content, and account access with care, and leave the project better than you found it.
- Evidence, every time. Every reported barrier should be reproducible and documented well enough that someone else can verify it.
Experience in accessibility testing, front-end development, or QA helps. If you have the attitude but not yet the accessibility experience, say so, because we do train.

- Your time zone and the hours you can reliably work
- A phone number and the best time to reach you
We read every application. If there is a fit, expect a short phone conversation first, then a video call and a walkthrough of a real testing session so you can see the work before you commit to it.
We do not always have an opening posted. Send your information anyway. We keep applications on file and reach out first to people who already introduced themselves when a spot opens.
